The Kagura No Sato Company is located in the hills of Miyazaki Prefecture and cultivates fields of yuzu planted on the slopes of the mountain. However, this small plantation of yuzu trees produces very high quality fruit.
Kagura No Sato yuzu candies are produced by hand and precisely cut into a regular shape, then slowly candied in yuzu juice and sugar.
They will delight chocolatiers, ice cream makers, chefs and will give a surprising touch to a fruit salad.
Suggestions for use: chocolates, bonbon, frozen cakes.
