Description
The white vermouth, baptized as white BERUMOTTO, is made by macerating aromatic herbs such as wormwood, thyme and hyssop, with species such as coffee, cinnamon or star anise and with the sake produced by them.
This vermouth has a soft and bright straw yellow or golden color. Its aroma is reminiscent of gentian, as well as a wide palette of wild herbs. In the mouth we notice the full breadth of the botany and spices that make it up, at the same time that we notice a perfectly balanced sweetness and bitterness that are maintained until the aftertaste.
The ideal serving temperature is very cold, around 8 °C.
It is recommended to present it with one or more stuffed olives on the bottom and a lemon or lime peel.
As it is a very fine and subtle drink, it is not recommended to add ice except for stainless steel cubes or waterproof covers that prevent the drink from watering down.
This vermouth is perfect for a singular appetizer that suitably accompanies the appetizer tapas, they can be salty, vinegary or fried.
