Description
The sake GRAND CRU is slightly filtered, which is why it takes the Japanese name of nigori junmai, a very round sake that is beginning to receive recognition in the Japanese and national gastronomic world.
It is a creamy, persistent and elegant Sake. In it, the personality of the rice with which it is made is clearly appreciated, leaving in the mouth notes of ripe fruits such as banana and cantaloupe melon and light touches of yogurt and cottage cheese.
How to drink sake?
The GRAND CRU has to be shaken lovingly. Served fresh and if possible accompanied by umami foods, it pairs perfectly with Iberian products, egg dishes, fried foods, canned fish and cheeses, with the exception of blue cheeses. Heated to 45 °C, it is an ideal companion for stews, consistent fish soups and dishes containing foie gras or livers from other birds or fish. The best way to take it, is to accompany it with our sake tableware.
