Description
The flowering begins and the wasabi tells us that we are approaching the end of winter. We only have this gastronomic jewel a couple of months a year and that makes it, if possible, more irresistible!
The fresh wasabi flower is the softest part of the plant, the same flavors, but more subtle, sweet and of course… with a little bit of spice! The culinary uses are very similar to the leaf, adding its infinite decorative possibilities.
