This flavored rice vinegar has a pinkish-purple color thanks to the tannins from the red shiso, adding beautiful notes of color to your dishes.
It expresses notes of red fruits, basil, cherry, acerola or hibiscus.

Our suggestion: it is perfect with grated white daikon turnips or white cabbage and is excellent for preparing vinaigrettes. It is also ideal for seasoning sushi rice, fish tartare or on fresh oysters, seaweed salad…
Also try it in sorbets and ice creams (almond, cherry, vanilla, white cheese), or with a fresh fruit salad or to enhance a cheesecake.
