L&#8217;aut\u00e8ntic wasabi al Montseny"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>Dos catalans aconsegueixen reproduir un dels cultius japonesos m\u00e9s complexos a una finca de Viladrau.<br \/>Si creieu que heu menjat wasabi, probablement estigueu equivocats, i tan sols heu provat un succedani d&#8217;aquest condiment japon\u00e8s, una pasta verda amb rave picant, mostassa i un petit percentatge de la fulla de la planta de wasabi, que justifica el seu nom comercial. L&#8217;aut\u00e8ntic \u00e9s un producte fresc, que s&#8217;obt\u00e9 ratllant el tronc de la planta del mateix nom (Wasabia japonica), que creix de forma salvatge a les muntanyes del Jap\u00f3, a les lleres dels rius. Des de fa poc, tamb\u00e9 es cultiva en uns hivernacles al vessant nord del Montseny, a una finca de Viladrau (Barcelona).
